Carospeed Classic Driving Hand Control
The Carospeed Classic offers a universally compatible, user-friendly hand control system for vehicles with automatic transmissions. This entirely mechanical driving aid translates the functions of the accelerator and brake pedals into an intuitive hand control mechanism, where you pull to accelerate and push to brake. Its design allows for floor mounting without the necessity for drilling through the vehicle's floor.
Every Carospeed Classic comes with a hill holder feature designed to keep the brake pedal engaged. This allows the driver to hold the vehicle stationary while shifting gears or adjusting the radio. Simply press the button on the handle to activate it. This feature can only be activated during braking, provided there is adequate brake force and the ignition is on.
The hill holder function disengages automatically when the handle is pushed forward to apply the brakes. Additionally, the same button used for the hill holder can activate the cruise control's set function, adding convenience for longer drives.

Available in three distinct versions, the Carospeed Classic guarantees a robust construction and consistent mechanical performance, ensuring a dependable driving experience. It is advised to use the Classic specifically with automatic gearboxes.
The Carospeed Classic is offered in the following three models:
- The Standard model provides fundamental accelerator and brake functions.
- The Indicator model incorporates built-in indicators for both the right and left sides.
- The Electric model introduces supplementary electrical functions, including high and low beams, right and left indicators, windscreen wipers and washers, horn, and cruise control.
